Hi! My name is Luke, and proud to say, half of the namesake for Lambdoodle. My mom says that my brother Dylan and I gave her the idea, and that makes me happy to hear.
So, here’s a little bit about me. I’m 18 and go to The Westchester Exceptional Children’s School, which I love. Dylan reminds me how lucky I am because he doesn’t love school as much as I do and his school isn’t open during the summer. He’s so right because I have great friends, teachers and coaches there and I’m having the time of my life. Everything we do is fun, even the classes.
I play the drums and this year learned to play the bass guitar and the violin. I love music and spend much of my free time on ITunes, which gave my mom another idea: Lambdoodle Radio. She got me to thinking that I might like to be a DJ. Then again, I love horseback riding and grooming horses, so I might think about working in a barn. And of course, cooking is a favorite pastime, but that’s a story you can read about in ‘Lunch at The Lambdoodle Café’.
Nothing makes me feel better than a good giggle, so if you know any good jokes, please share them with me. Anything that Monty Python has done makes me laugh so hard, that sometimes I can’t catch my breath. The same with The Pink Panther movies, even the old ones!
I’m interested in politics and followed the campaign and the election on CSPAN every day. Now that the election is over, I still watch political news on CSPAN.
I love to meet new people and make new friends, and though I have tons of pals, that wasn’t always the case; so now my theory is to make as many new friends as possible. If you feel like it, I hope that you’ll want to share your story!
Well – that’s it for now – it was nice to meet you!
